WHAT WE DO

Formally Motion Picture Special FX, now Stunts and Special FX is a service company based in Johannesburg, South Africa, providing a variety of services to the motion picture, television and commercial industry. The company has a proud record of service to the industry throughout South Africa, neighbouring countries and internationally over the past 20 years.

STUNTS and SPECIAL FX has a fully qualified pyrotechnician registered with the Chief Inspector of Explosives of South Africa as well as neighbouring countries. The company tries, where possible, to maintain a basic training programme for a few selected aspirants in the field of Special Effects and Stunts.
